The Digital Weekly respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and contributors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a copyright notice

If you believe content on thedigitalweekly.co infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the URL(s) where it appears.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, remove infringing material and terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers.
